Through our trucking technology platform, we allow customers to connect with trained drivers to transport anything, at any time, from Cairo to anywhere in Egypt. Simply select your “Pick up” and “Drop off” points, a suitable truck and your desired time, and the nearest driver will be at your service within minutes. We are determined to transform the logistics and transportation industry in the region by continuously seeking efficiency through innovation.

Field Sales Representative

Job Description

  • Generating revenue and finding new customers

  • Coming up with creative ideas to be used in marketing campaigns

  • Forecast sales targets

  • Attending various sales events including meetings, seminars and training.

  • Use of sales database and applications.

  • Preparation of reports and statistical data.

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

  • Contact, meet, and present traxl services to clients.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Achieve sales targets within schedule.

  • Report results on daily basis.


Job Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales

  • Bachelor degree.

  • Tactful, with excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices or has the ability to learn.

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

  • Maintaining customers' satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic

Candidates with the Following Will Be Preferred:

  • Candidates with a car or motorcycle.

  • Experience in Corporate Sales (Selling to companies).

  • Excellent English Skills.


Customer Service

Job Description

  • Customer service

    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

    • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media

    • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes

    • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

  • Data input and analysis

    • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information

    • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Strategy feedback

    • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting data

Job Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service and support.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices or ability to learn.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Tactful, with excellent selling, communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

  • Fluency in English and Arabic

  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.

Candidates with the Following Will Be Preferred:

  • Proven customer support experience

  • Experience in Corporate communication

  • Excellent English Skills.
